Cookie Policy

This explains the cookies and similar technologies we use, and how to control them.

What cookies are

Cookies are small files stored on your device that help a site work and remember information. We use cookies and similar technologies (local storage, pixels) for the purposes below.

How we use them

  • Essential — sign-in and session security (via Clerk), and an anonymous identifier (zestamo_anon) that powers our free “try without signup” feature and limits abuse. The service can’t function without these.
  • Analytics — to understand how the product is used and improve it (PostHog, Google Analytics).
  • Advertising — to measure campaigns and reach the right audiences (Meta, TikTok, Reddit pixels).

Third parties

Some cookies are set by the providers above under their own policies. Payment pages may also set cookies via Stripe.

Managing cookies

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of many advertising cookies via your device or the ad networks’ tools. Note that disabling essential cookies will break sign-in and the free try feature.
