1. Who we are

Zestamo (“we”, “us”) provides an AI platform that turns product photographs into marketing images and videos. This policy covers our website and app.

2. What we collect

• Account information — name and email, handled by our authentication provider (Clerk).
• Content you upload — product photographs you submit for generation.
• Content we generate — the images and videos created from your uploads.
• Payment information — processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
• Usage & device data — pages viewed, actions taken, approximate location, browser/device, via analytics (PostHog, Google Analytics) and advertising pixels (Meta, TikTok, Reddit).
• Cookies — see our Cookie Policy, including the anonymous identifier used by our free “try without signup” feature.

3. How we use it

• To provide the service — generate, store, and deliver your media.
• To process payments and manage credits and subscriptions.
• To provide support and communicate about your account.
• To measure, secure, and improve the product, and for marketing analytics.

4. Service providers

We share data only with providers that help us run the service, under their own safeguards:

• Amazon Web Services — storage and infrastructure.
• Clerk — authentication.
• Stripe — payments.
• Google Cloud (Vertex AI) and Anthropic — AI generation and prompting.
• PostHog, Google Analytics and advertising networks — analytics and marketing.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Retention

We keep account and content data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Anonymous “try” records expire automatically (around 7 days). You can request deletion of your account and content at any time.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise them, email support@zestamo.com.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, access controls) to protect your data. No method is perfectly secure, but we work hard to keep it safe.

8. Children

Zestamo is not directed to children and is intended for users aged 18 and over.

9. International transfers

We operate primarily in the United States; your data may be processed there and in other countries where our providers operate, with appropriate safeguards.
