Terms of Service

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be 18 or older to use Zestamo.

2. Credits, plans & payments

• Generations are billed in credits. New accounts receive a starting grant.
• Credits and subscriptions are sold via Stripe. You are charged only when a generation succeeds — failed generations are not charged.
• Except where required by law, purchased credits are non-refundable. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can cancel anytime to stop future renewals.
• Media generated on complimentary/free credits carries a “www.zestamo.com” watermark.

3. Your content & rights

• You retain ownership of the product photographs you upload, and you receive the rights to use the images and videos you generate for your business.
• You confirm you have the rights to the content you upload and that it does not infringe others’ rights.
• You grant us the limited rights needed to process, store, and deliver your content and operate the service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Zestamo to create or upload content that:

• is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or violates others’ privacy or IP;
• is sexually explicit, hateful, or harmful, or depicts real people without consent;
• attempts to misuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service.

5. AI-generated output

Output is produced by third-party AI models and may vary, contain imperfections, or be declined by a provider’s content filters. We do not guarantee any specific result. We do not alter your product to bypass a filter; some items (e.g. sheer apparel) may be limited for video.

6. Service availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zestamo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
